This is how it works…
You would use our branding to offer courier services to business’s in your specified region, you could also supplement your business by getting extra jobs from CRV Logistics, through our national advertising. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are new to the courier industry, or a useful extra string to your bow if you already have an established courier business, or are simply operating as an owner driver. You would be free to continue trading in your current business name should you wish, alongside any work undertaken using the CRV Logistics name. As we are national, we can also offer return work from any area of the country.

How much you get paid…
We pay you 60% of everything we receive, in relation to a booking made in your licensed area, assuming you are available to do the job. This means you can make anywhere from 72p to 90p per mile, if you are using a van. You will also receive an extra 10% on each job if the booking was made from your canvassing/leaflets/business cards. We give you a unique 0844 number that tracks all phone calls back to you. We will even pay you the 10% if you don’t do the job and we have to use another courier….. yes, you get paid even if your not doing the delivery! You get 10% every time the customer books a job, even if you do not do any driving at all.
How much work is available?
There are many ways in which work is generated. First of all, CRV take bookings from all over the UK, on a daily basis, through our national call centre. Any bookings for your area are sent immediately through to you, we will call you first to establish if you can do the delivery.
On top of this, we expect you to work your area by distributing our leaflets in your locality, to generate new interest in our service. Remember, you get an extra 10% on every job for this, plus you even get the 10% if your not doing the job. Even better…. you continue to receive the 10% for as long as the customer keeps using CRV & you keep your license going.
Many of our couriers are doing much more, by undertaking work from neighbouring areas and by participating in trade work (jobs we receive from other courier companies).
In addition, there are many opportunities every day to offer you a return load, even if you are doing a delivery for another courier company. You simply just text us each day, saying where you are going and what time you are clearing.
The type of vehicle you will need…
You can start with a car for the first few weeks, but in the long term, you would need a van to get the best from this opportunity. A Berlingo size van would be good, or preferably we strongly recommend a transit size van, ideally a long wheelbase. This will ensure that you can cover the greatest range of work.
What happens when your not available for work….
Should you not be available for any reason, such as your doing another collection for us or anyone else , have the wrong type of van for the job or even simply having a day off, then we will cover the job ourselves. Please remember that you are free to accept or decline work as you see fit.
Part time or full time….
You can build this business step by step, as we are able to cover any job you cannot do. This gives you the opportunity to start part time, testing the water and giving you time to ease yourself into this business step by step, risk free.
You will need the following minimum requirements….
Licensed areas….
You would have an exclusive licensed area of your choosing, usually the one you live in, depending upon availability. This area will be exclusively yours, with you having the first option of any work coming through CRV head office. The license may be terminated at anytime by you, by giving only 2 weeks notice.

The cost of a license for a designated area….
There is a joining fee of £799.99 plus VAT, this includes the cost of leaflets, business cards and magnetic signs, delivery notes etc.
Once you are on our system and ready for work, a weekly license fee is payable of £9.99 plus VAT is payable by standing order, to continue with the license for your exclusive area. 100% percent of your weekly fee is re-invested into marketing your area.
What is the minimum term?….
You are free to end the arrangement at any time, with only a couple of weeks notice.
